Your role

As an Internal Technical Trainer you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining technical training programs to enhance the skills and performance of Field Service Teams in Compressor Technique Business Area in Poland. You will be located in Atlas Copco Poland headquarters in Warsaw. Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Developing and delivering technical service courses for knowledge and know-how transfer for Field Service Engineers during on-boarding process
• Creating relevant training materials (ppt, videos, podcasts, e-learning etc.)
• Maintaining and developing training material database locally and on learning platform
• Preparing and maintaining the training equipment base (compressors, demo devices, controller mock-ups, etc.)
• Planning, organizing and delivering training based on business needs
• Monitoring the efficiency of delivered trainings
• Supervising the local "Toolhouse base", including calibration and condition control of the tools

To succeed you will need:

• Experience in leading and developing technical training programs for service or technical teams
• Good knowledge of technical systems and equipment (compressors, controllers, and demonstration equipment preferred)
• Ability to conduct hands-on training sessions and explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way
• Knowledge about training methods and experience in measuring learning progress
• University degree in one of the mentioned field mechanics/mechatronics/automation, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Excellent communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Polish
• Very good knowledge of English
