As part of our ongoing transformation journey, we are establishing a new leadership role in the new North-Central region.  In this role you will drive operational excellence across fleet management, rental desk operations, and logistics. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who thrives in hands-on environments and is ready to grow into a broader operational leadership position.

 

You will report to the Regional General Manager and will take an important role in the management team.

You will work in close cooperation with the Operations team in the South-West region as many resources such as fleet and logistics will need to be closely managed in a collaborative manner between the 2 regions.

Mission

Your mission will be defining and implementing the direction the new region will take when it comes to managing:

    • Fleet:
      • Lead regional fleet operations to ensure the right assets are available at the right time and location.
      • Optimize fleet utilization, investment, and divestment planning in alignment with business needs.
      • Drive standardization and transparency in fleet performance metrics.
      • Collaborate with local regional teams (North and Central) and South-West team to support cross-border rental projects.
    • Rental Desk Operations
      • Develop and implement efficient rental desk processes that enhance customer experience.
      • Foster a cohesive and results-driven team culture across local rental desks.
      • Continuously improve systems and tools to support rental operations.
      • Ensure high delivery performance and service quality.

  • Logistics
    • Manage end-to-end logistics processes to meet cost, time, and quality objectives.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain and expedition processes.

Experience requirements

  • You have an operational background in an international environment.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or rental services.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on mindset with leadership potential.

Knowledge and Education Requirements

  • Technical or engineering oriented University degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Strong computer literacy with solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite and SharePoint. Experience with an ERP system or workforce automation processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Atlas Copco compressors, gas purification products, generators or steam boilers.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European language is a plus.
  • Willing to travel in the region as required.
