Your role
- Identify market opportunities and unique selling points for your products, ensuring they meet customer needs and stand out in the market
- Plan and execute product launches, prepare materials, train sales teams, and support go-to-market activities
- Drive customer satisfaction and early adoption, including selling first units of new products in collaboration with your sales team
- Maintain accurate product information in databases and systems
- Contribute to your own growth, taking ownership of professional development and actively participate in learning opportunities
- Serve as the face of the full product portfolio in Poland, confidently present solutions and engage with customers.

Must-Have
These are essential for success in the role:
- Fluency in English and Polish language
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to talk in front of Customers about values and benefits connected to suggested solutions
- Ability to connect information from different sources, identify patterns, and use them to solve problems or create new approaches.
- Driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
- Interest in technical solutions, market trends, and customer-focused innovation
Nice-to-Have
These will help you stand out, but aren’t deal-breakers:
- Experience in product launches or lifecycle management
- University degree in engineering or a technical field
- Experience working with distributors and cross-functional teams
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or technical product management
