Your role

We master industrial flow solutions for demanding applications with leading technology in positive displacement and centrifugal pumps and systems.
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

You will

  • Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. 
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. 
  • Deliver sales pressentations and conduct product demonstrations. 
  • Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
  • Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

  • A degree in Food & Beverage technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
  • Several years of B2B sales experience in the Food & Beverage industry 
  • Good understanding of Pump technologies, fluid handling, and hygienic process requirements
  • Strong communication skills with a customer focused and result driven mindset
  • Fluency in Polish and English, and willingness to travel frequently for business

Job location

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Warsaw, while being associated with our customer center in Austria.
