Sales Support

Your role
- Process Support: Guide and support customer centers in implementing buy and sales processes, maximizing sales opportunities from regional refurbishment hubs and local inventory.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of transactions and utilize data tools to track and report on key metrics.
- Internal Systems Management: Oversee the global used equipment intranet portal, ensuring up-to-date information for internal stakeholders and dealer resellers.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as a main point of contact for customer centers and dealers, managing inquiries and supporting the buy and sales process.
- Lead Management: Distribute and track incoming leads using C4C, ensuring prompt follow-up and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide effective support.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on process effectiveness, lead generation, hit rates, and geo-tracking to inform marketing strategies.
- Training and Support: Deliver training to internal and external sales channels on portal use and data interpretation.
- Market Research: Identify trends and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate process documentation.
- Campaign and Social Media Support: Promote buy and sales campaigns and manage social media platforms to enhance visibility.
- Strategic Development: Contribute to the global strategy for used equipment, driving growth in both used and new sales.
To succeed, you will need
- Experience in a support role, preferably within a sales company environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data management tools and CRM/C4C/SAP systems.
- Excellent customer service and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in managing internal systems and portals.
- Market research and social media management experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
