Regional Service Operations Manager

Job Purpose
The Regional Service Operation Manager oversees service delivery across multiple locations within a designated region. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with strategic goals. The manager leads service teams, drives performance improvements, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage service operations across the region, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement regional service strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage regional service budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
- Support and coach local service supervisors and teams to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to enhance customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in line with company standards.
- Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in service operations, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and drive performance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with service management systems and CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Business Administration) are a plus.
