Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Aftermarket Business Development Manager to join our Power Technique Service Division. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical development of our parts and service business across Eastern Europe. You will play a key role in driving direct and indirect sales, exploring new business opportunities, and achieving profitable growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

Analyze market potential and evaluate needs in line with PTS and Capital Equipment Divisions' strategies.

Develop new business opportunities for parts and services to maximize revenue and profitability.

Proactively work with Division and subregional leaders to develop and launch market solutions.

Own the Business Development plan from initiation to full realization.

Coordinate and support the execution of Business Development plans with BLM, Sales Leaders, and sales team.

Support territory and installed base management to capture full market potential.

Develop direct and indirect sales channels, including digital e-commerce.

Monitor market situation and competition activities.
Sales Development:

Achieve growth targets with a focus on sales, market share, and profitability.

Support sales teams' activities to ensure performance aligns with business line plans.

Develop and execute pricing strategies with the Pricing team.

Create and report on marketing plans with Sales Leaders and the Marketing team.

Maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts throughout the region.

Define and manage the budget for external communications, including events, fairs, and exhibitions.

Establish and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through visits, calls, and correspondence.

Identify and address “lost business” opportunities.

Work on people development with BLM and Sales leaders.
Team and People Management

Foster collaboration between sales, tech support, marketing, and logistics teams.

Exhibit strong leadership, proactivity, and engagement to ensure delivery of objectives and targets.
Operational Excellence

Lead and coordinate the implementation of new tools and platforms related to PTS business.

Develop workflow policies and procedures with Regional BLM’s approval.

Attend PTS meetings and ensure subsequent actions are undertaken.

Improve operational efficiency using IT technology and infrastructure.

Manage and protect company assets.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and development experience in an industrial company, preferably with a focus on technical or industrial products.

Education: University degree in Engineering, Sales Marketing, Business Management, or similar through experience.

Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in English and any other language from the Eastern European region.

Attributes: Self-motivated, energetic, team player, and customer-focused. Willingness to travel regularly.
