Field Sales Engineer - Service, level II, Domestic-MS2D

Your role

As a Field Sales Engineer Service, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

Your day-to-day

• Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets
• Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues
• Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools
• Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes

Your skills and experience

• Understanding of industrial equipment, compressors, compressed air systems, maintenance, and service solutions
• Technical degree or equivalent is preferred
• Proven experience in selling service contracts, maintenance agreements, or aftermarket solutions in an industrial environment
• Ability to build long-term partnerships with customers, understand their needs, and idenity opportunities to improve performance and reliability
• Capability to analyze customer challenges, propose value-addedsolutions, and communicate the business benefits of service offerings
• Experience in quotation preparatio, contract negotiation, pipeline management, forecasting and achieving sales targets
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with Field Service Enineers, Field Sales Engineers Equipment and Technical Support Specialits
• Experience in working independently in a field-based role, amanging territory, prioritizing activities and driving customer and business growth

Your location

This role is fully remote and employed through our legal entity in Warszawa, Poland (PL). Main area of operation is Mazowsze and Central Poland.
