Your role

As a Sales and Technical Support in Optimization Team, you play a key role in the technical preparation, validation, and support of optimization projects. The position combines engineering expertise with structured technical support and sales-related activities, ensuring that optimization solutions are technically sound, data-driven, and aligned with customer requirements.

You work closely with sales, technical, and logistics teams, as well as international production plants, to deliver efficient, reliable, and measurable optimization solutions, primarily in the area of compressed air and energy-saving systems.

You will report to Business Development Manager within the Optimization Team.

 

Your Role

  • Provide technical and sales back-office support for optimization products, working closely with the sales team and relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in optimization projects, including but not limited to:
    - Technical and organizational aspects of projects
    - Sales support activities (technical drawings, bills of materials, presentation materials)
    - Working with technical and commercial documentation
    - Sales-related activities and follow-up actions
    - Preparation of quotations for optimization products
    - Ability to read and understand P&ID diagrams
  • Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    - Customer support: order placement and delivery tracking in cooperation with the Logistics Department
    - Communication in English with international teams and production plants (warranty cases, pre-sales project preparation)
    - Engineering-focused tasks related to measurement devices: calibration processes, data analysis, and testing
    - Use of new technologies and work with data
    - Ensure accurate and timely reporting on activities, sales funnel performance, and forecasts

 

To succeed, you will need

  • A strong technical background and skills in thermodynamics, mechanics, electrical systems, and compressed air measurements, along with advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge of compressed air systems and auxiliary equipment (or similar experience) as a strong advantage
  • Customer-oriented mindset and results-driven approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to continuously learn, develop, and optimize existing solutions
  • Open-minded attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to work under time pressure
  • Ease in sharing technical knowledge with others
  • Out-of-the-box thinking with a structured and analytical mindset
  • Active user of MS Office and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn other job-specific IT tools
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Valid driving license
  • Communicative English and fluent Polish

Responsibility for client contacts throughout Poland, preferred place of residence: Warsaw and surrounding areas.
