We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Warehouse & Logistics Manager who is passionate about driving innovation, optimising processes, and leading teams to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in warehouse and logistics management roles, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and leveraging technology to enhance operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management, control, and handling of all dispatch, logistics, and warehouse activities.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to optimise material flow, minimise costs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the integration of advanced warehouse management systems and digitalisation initiatives.
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies to enhance productivity and agility.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse and logistics teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise end-to-end processes and drive synergies across the organisation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Skills, Abilities, and Specialist Knowledge:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems and proficiency in leveraging technology for process optimisation.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organisation.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Attributes:

  • Proven track record of success in warehouse and logistics management roles, with demonstrated expertise in optimising material flow and driving continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus, as well as IOSH.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics Key Performance Indicators and WMS/ERP/MRP systems, preferably EFACS/BPCS.
  • Good understanding of continuous improvement techniques.
