Projects Manager

Your role
Are you motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences and seeing projects through from concept to completion? We’re looking for an M&E Project Manager who is passionate about supporting Mechanical and Electrical Contractors and driving project excellence across the full value chain.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Equipment Business Lines and local Service teams to ensure a seamless, collaborative, and positive experience for every customer.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for M&E Contractors, building strong, trusted relationships at every level.
- Plan, prioritise, and manage costing and proposal activities to meet shared business objectives.
- Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from initial proposal through delivery, ensuring clarity, quality, and strong communication throughout.
- Conduct customer site visits to understand processes, identify needs, and uncover opportunities beyond the initial scope.
- Prepare and deliver project proposals, plans, valuation certificates, milestone reports, and pricing calculations.
- Collaborate with Equipment Business Lines to stay informed about technical offerings and business priorities.
- Contribute to sales performance analysis and continuous improvement.
- Create and deliver presentations that showcase our capabilities and strengthen our brand reputation.
- Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to coordinate activities and maximise business opportunities.
- Participate actively in sales meetings and follow through on agreed actions.

- A strong understanding of the sales process and the customer journey.
- A customer-focused approach, taking ownership and following interactions through to completion.
- An understanding of mechanical equipment (formal qualifications are welcome but not essential).
- Confidence using digital tools and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- The ability to travel daily within the region, with occasional UK-wide travel as needed.
