Sales & Marketing Intern - West Springfield, MA

Your role
As a Sales & Marketing Intern - West Springfield, MA, your mission is to support the sales manager with marketing and sales campaigns while gaining real world sales and marketing experience. You will report to Sales Manager, Dale Desmarais.
You will
- The internship position would be a hybrid based position with primarily independent work. We are very flexible and sensitive to student’s class commitments and requirements.
- Partner with the team on new outreach initiatives, digital and traditional. Use social medial to reach target customers.
- Deserving candidates will receive a glowing letter of recommendation to be used for future job applications or higher ed and will be considered for full time opportunities upon graduation
- Develop content for digital collateral (Linked-In, CRM campaigns, and case studies)
- Provide graphic design support with outside vendors including video content creation and editing.
- Work with outside agencies, P.R. firms, printers, and display houses to develop design concepts, cost estimates, and guide production for marketing materials needed.
- Prepare lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Update and maintain marketing & sales content through Data Hubs, company CRM and outreach lists.
- Provide support to regional and national trade shows, conferences, trainings and sales meetings.
- Train on company CRM (Customer Relationship Manager), update information on contacts and companies.
- Rotation through various roles within the organization.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Understanding of marketing use of social and digital media sites including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Strong sense of business protocol and a professional demeanor.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- CRM experience a plus (if minimal will train).
- Photography, design and/or videography skills a plus.
- Public Speaking or a willingness to speak in small groups and on the telephone.
- Above all, we require a great attitude, a strong work ethic and an honest willingness to learn.
- Travel as needed during internship hours for business. (minimal)
