Order Processing & Sales Support Specialist (m/w/d)

Your role
As Order Processing & Sales Support Specialist, you manage order processing from start to finish and support our sales organization. You work closely with international teams to ensure smooth processes and high customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day
You will
- Take ownership of end-to-end order processing
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and invoices
- Handle purchasing processes, including supplier orders, goods receipt postings, and incoming invoices in the system
- Manage inventory within the ERP system (stock postings, availability checks during order processing, and reordering in collaboration with Product Management)
- Work closely with our international sales team
- Support the Product Manager in day-to-day operations
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and manufacturers across domestic and international markets
Your skills and experience
- Completed commercial education (apprenticeship, business college such as HAK, or equivalent)
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent German and English skills
- Confident user of MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
- A proactive, structured, and independent working style
- Strong customer focus and a collaborative mindset

For this position, the applicable collective agreement for employees in the trade sector applies. We offer a market‑competitive annual gross salary of around EUR 45,000 (based on full‑time employment), depending on qualifications, professional experience, and the requirements of the role.
