Your role

As Technical Product Specialist, you act as a key technical interface within the organization, supporting sales, service teams and customers with your expertise in pump solutions and applications. You contribute to projects from technical clarification through to successful implementation

Short Description

Your day-to-day

You will: 

  • Provide technical support to Sales Engineers and Service Technicians
  • Prepare quotations and technical proposals for pump solutions
  • Perform pump selection and sizing using internal calculation and configuration tools
  • Clarify technical customer requirements, incl. applications, data sheets and tenders
  • Review technical drawings, process diagrams and material selections
  • Support customers and projects from order to delivery and commissioning
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Your skills and experience

  • Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University or equivalent), ideally in mechanical or process engineering
  • Experience in a technical or industrial environment; motivated graduates are welcome
  • Interest or experience in pump, fluid or plant technology is an advantage, not a requirement
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • Self-driven and reliable working style with a strong customer and service focus
  • Team player with willingness for occasional travel (limited extent)

For this position, the applicable collective agreement for employees in the trade sector applies. We offer a market‑competitive annual gross salary of around EUR 57,000 (based on full‑time employment), depending on qualifications, professional experience, and the requirements of the role.
