Planner & Logistics Officer – Willebroek Site

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Planner & Logistics Officer to keep our operations running smoothly at our Willebroek site

 

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage stock and warehouse logistics, coordinate service schedules, and be the key link between our Field Service Engineers and customers. From handling deliveries and spare parts to planning maintenance visits, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction

 

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Stock Management

  • Oversee stock movements, repairs, and inventory for field and in-house operations.

  • Order service parts from approved suppliers and maintain accurate records.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.

Warehouse Operations

  • Manage all incoming/outgoing deliveries and report any issues.

  • Pack and label goods securely for transit.

  • Maintain forklift safety logs and ensure a clean, safe warehouse.

  • Monitor packing materials and consumables.

  • Support equipment servicing and training setups.

Planning & Coordination

  • Schedule daily work for Field Service Engineers.

  • Ensure parts and service orders are ready ahead of visits.

  • Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and service details.

  • Track progress and follow up on outstanding work.

  • Act as the main contact for VTS contract materials and maintenance coordination.



To succeed, you will need

Skills & Experience

    • Strong interest in logistics and warehouse stock management.
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
    • Experience in technical or support roles.
    • Solid planning and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with SAP; CRM and service management systems are a plus.

Additional Requirements

    • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (Italian is a bonus).
    • Strong written and verbal English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
    • Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one
