DevOps Engineer

Your role
How do you build a development platform that engineers trust? How do you turn complex multi-platform software environments into reliable, reproducible automation?
As a devops & ci platform engineer at Atlas Copco Group, you design, build, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines and development tooling that power our R&D software ecosystem. You operate at the intersection of embedded systems, desktop applications, cloud services, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
In this role, you own and evolve the automation backbone that supports multiple development teams working with C/C++, C#, Python, Linux, React-based HMIs, and cloud services. You ensure that builds are reproducible, pipelines are stable, and development workflows are standardized across toolchains and platforms.
As devops & ci platform engineer, you improve reliability and performance of pipelines, maintain CI infrastructure, and implement automation that eliminates manual steps. You safeguard quality gates, traceability, and release processes while promoting best practices such as infrastructure as code, trunk-based development, and reusable pipeline components.
You work in a fast-changing R&D environment where context switching is part of the job. You translate engineering needs into robust tooling and continuously improve developer experience through automation-first thinking.
