Your role

The Elektronikon® is our embedded controller, used worldwide across all products within the Compressor Technique division. This system functions as a control and monitoring device. The Elektronikon® engineering team is responsible for researching, designing, developing, and maintaining both the hardware and software of new, current, and previous generations of the Elektronikon®, as well as the related desktop software.

 

As an Embedded Software Developer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining the embedded controller applications for the Elektronikon®. In this role, you analyze the functionalities of our machines and, together with machine experts and project leaders, develop new control and monitoring applications. In addition, you maintain existing applications, report results, and follow up on lab tests conducted by the project teams. Finally, you work closely with fellow software developers and actively share your knowledge within the team.

  • Master's degree in engineering: Automatization /  Computer Science / Electronics or equivalent
  • You have knowledge of Python, C++ and/or other PLC/IEC1131 programming languages. Having a solid background in object-oriented programming is a must
  • You are either a senior software developer with an impressive track record or a junior software developer who can convince us of your exceptional talent for software development
  • You are Analytical, problem-solving, result-driving, curious, and eager to learn

Job location
