Your role
As a Manufacturing Engineer – Project & Process, you are responsible for implementing and optimizing new and existing production processes and technologies. You define the required production means and installations, prepare budgets for purchase, modification, and commissioning, and ensure the preparation, execution, and follow-up of project schedules.
Additionally, you manage the project budgets allocated to you and support production personnel and other departments when introducing new processes. In the pre-project phase, you advise the product development department on manufacturability and maintain relationships with potential suppliers, institutes, and universities.
You closely monitor technological developments within your area of expertise and act as a project leader, being responsible for delivering projects within defined objectives. During the project, you report regularly to management and the team leader. Finally, you guide new employees in understanding the organizational structure and existing technologies.

A degree in industrial engineering or equivalent by experience

Both broad general and solid technical knowledge

CNC experience (or willing to learn)

Good knowledge of English language is necessary (reading, speaking and writing), knowledge of the Dutch and German language are beneficial
- Willingness to accept short-term external assignments
