Your role

What does a Technology Developer Adsorption Materials and Technology do at Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk? How do you turn advanced adsorption research into scalable, industrial solutions?

As a Technology Developer Adsorption Materials and Technology, you play a key role in accelerating the development of next-generation adsorption materials, processes, and applications within the Airtec division. You work closely with the Incubator team, product development teams, and external research partners such as universities and research institutes. Together, you move innovations from laboratory scale towards proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and scalable solutions. You also actively scout new material and technology developments, identifying opportunities for new applications and growth areas where our in-house materials portfolio can create additional value.

You report to the Incubator team leader and work on site at our production facility in Wilrijk, Belgium, in close collaboration with global R&D and product teams.
