Your future job

Your role

Looking for a challenging opportunity, where you can help shape our future products using fluid-dynamic and thermal simulations? Join the CAE team, the core competence center for thermal, flow and structural simulations, where we combine deep physics expertise with cuttingedge machinelearning techniques.

As a CFD engineer, you collaborate closely with global product development teams to support the design of our products. You help define the most effective solution strategy and ensure that your analyses are seamlessly integrated into the product development cycle. You perform hand calculations and CFD simulations for a wide range of applications and translate your findings into practical, performant and cost-effective design improvements.

You also contribute to the development of our fluid-dynamic and thermal analysis capabilities. You stay up to date with the state of the art and identify opportunities to improve our calculation models and tools.

In your daily interactions with internal customers, you promote the use of CFD technology and communicate clearly about the capabilities and limitations of simulations. You ensure that your results are well understood so they can influence the design where needed.

You report to the team lead of the CAE team and will work hybrid on our site in Wilrijk.
