The Role

The most important responsibilities :


- You will yourself look for continuous improvements in the domain of the operational processes and gather ideas from the operations teams of the Product Companies and Customer Centers with the aim to improve the efficiency of the teams.

- High emphasis is on further development of our myQUEST, Exploris ( E-ASL) and Service Connect  applications.

- You perform on site (product company and customer center) process assessments, report and make proposals for improvement.   

- You coordinate the worldwide implementation of new projects and processes and train the operation teams for both the existing and new processes and systems.

- You develop reports and KPI dashboards for the Product Companies and Customer Centres.
- You document and create instructions for the use of the systems in place and for the new systems.

What we expect of you? 

Experience requirements

Minimum basic technical knowledge and experience with Atlas Copco and Brand Portfolio products

A background in technical support or service operations

Experience with functional/technical analysis of software, affinity to programming, capable of writing clear specifications



A good knowledge of English is a must

Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Knowledge of SQL programming is a plus.


Educational requirements

The ideal candidate has a university degree in applied or commercial Engineering, business administration or equal by experience.


Personality requirements

- You are customer oriented, you maintain regular contacts with the product companies and the customer centers.
- You have good communication and presentation skills.
- You have excellent analysing skills, you can evaluate data and information and you structure and prioritise your tasks accordingly.
- You are capable to work in a multidiscipline team in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
- You are able to integrate smoothly into the existing team and stimulate the knowledge sharing between your colleagues.

- You are able to collaborate on a detailed level with internal and external IT partners.

- You are also able to collaborate easily with colleagues in the technical support departments from other product companies, customer centers and distributors.

 - Trips abroad are not a problem for you.
