Communications Specialist

Your role

We are looking for a communications specialist to join the Compressor Technique Service division.
You will drive and support the full marketing communication mix related to the services we offer to our customers.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to get involved across the full spectrum of both internal and external Marketing & Communications activities and will directly support our mission to realize sustainable profitable growth.
To be successful in the role, you will need to be goal-oriented, creative and an organized multitasker. The ideal candidate has experience in digital communications.
 

You will:

• Contribute to the development of business strategy, with a strong focus on marketing communications.
• Lead communication projects for product launches, process updates, and events, ensuring timely execution.
• Create compelling, audience-specific content tailored to various communication channels.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customer centers, keeping them informed about strategic updates, new tools, and processes.
• Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate translation efforts and ensure smooth follow-up.
• Support the administrative side of marketing communication activities.
• Proactively bring creative ideas that align with branding guidelines.
• Work independently while staying aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate across departments, embracing diverse perspectives and driving efficiency improvements.
• Take initiative to grow and learn, supported by your manager and team
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that encourages innovation
• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to deliver structured and impactful results

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at Airpower in Wilrijk, Belgium.
