Digital Sales Enablement Specialist

Your role
As Digital Sales Enablement Specialist, you will support the continuous improvement of our digital sales tools (E-Commerce, CRM, CPQ, Customer Portal, …) and processes. You will help connect and align the customer journey across our digital platforms ensuring every touchpoint delivers value, efficiency, and a frictionless experience. Working closely with Customer Centers, IT, and marketing, you contribute to maximizing the value of our digital ecosystem. You will report to the Digital Sales Enablement Manager and contribute to both project-based initiatives and operational excellence.
You support the development and continuous improvement of dashboards that provide actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. In close collaboration with IT, you coordinate testing and release activities, ensuring high-quality rollouts and clear communication towards end users.
You also contribute to keeping our training offer relevant and up to date by working closely with support teams, while actively promoting its visibility and adoption. In addition, you play a role in driving engagement with our digital tools by supporting the creation of communication and promotional materials.
A key part of your role is to ensure that stakeholders remain well informed. You do this through clear release notes, webinars, and structured project updates. You also manage the translation process to guarantee accurate and timely localization of our applications, ensuring a consistent user experience across regions.
With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you explore new functionalities, including AI-driven innovations, and translate business needs into well-defined requirements together with stakeholders. You contribute to maintaining high standards of master data and content quality across platforms, while actively collecting feedback from customer centers to identify opportunities for improvement.
Finally, you play an important role in driving user adoption and change management initiatives, helping stakeholders fully leverage the potential of our digital tools and ensuring sustainable impact.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely (40% per month) and being on-site (60% per month) at our Atlas Copco Airpower Offices in Antwerp, Belgium (BE).
