Financial Business Analyst - Compressor Technique Logistics

Your role
Are you ready to combine accounting, controlling, and systems expertise in an international environment? At Atlas Copco Group, you will be part of a dynamic, inclusive, and diverse team working closely with stakeholders, both locally and internationally. In this role, you contribute directly to the financial transparency and operational excellence of the Airpower Service Center.
As a Financial Business Analyst, you support the daily operations and financial follow-up of the Airpower Service Center reporting entity. You assist in the month-, quarter-, and year-end closing within the defined deadlines and act as the interface between the service center and many different stakeholders.
You will play a key role as business process lead finance in the SAP implementation.
You provide the management team with ad-hoc analyses of performance, focusing on transport cost evolution, functional cost development, and stock evolution. You perform cost controlling activities and contribute to improving financial insight and operational efficiency. You drive the automation of reporting through Power BI dashboards and actively eliminate waste in existing reporting processes.
You continuously review and improve routines and processes, ensuring that the Airpower Service Center Management System remains accurate and up to date. You participate in Group and ISO internal audits and provide relevant documentation and analyses to internal and external auditors.
To succeed, you will need
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and/or business control
• Thorough knowledge of Accounting to Reporting and Finance to Manage processes
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience with ERP systems, GPS, and advanced Excel functionalities. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Experience with Power BI dashboarding and financial reporting automation
• Fluency in English is a must
• Flexibility and ability to work in a complex and fast-moving business environment

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at Airpower in Wilrijk, Belgium.
