Global Customer Service Solutions Specialist

Your role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our global customer service team. This role plays a key part in the design and implementation of customer service and contact center systems across all customer centers worldwide. You will be responsible for defining the scope of AI-driven omnichannel communication routing solutions, performing gap analyses in collaboration with customer centers, and translating these insights into tailored local implementations.
In this position, you will also serve as the primary point of contact for continuous improvement initiatives and support broader customer service solution rollouts, including SmartLink integrations and hub-specific deployments. You will lead the global design and implementation of contact center telephony systems, align closely with internal stakeholders—particularly Group IT—to coordinate technical setups, and take ownership of improvement projects across the organization. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training materials, monitor adoption, and evaluate effectiveness.
You will support the Business Process Manager in rolling out customer service solutions across hubs, contribute to SmartLink integrations and other strategic initiatives, and collaborate closely with diverse teams across different cultures and geographies. Occasional travel to global entities will be required to support local implementations and ensure successful deployment.

- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
- A few years of experience within the group or in customer service.
- Affinity with IT and digital solutions.
- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Open mindset and willingness to travel occasionally.
