As an IT support engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while also contributing to continuous improvement across our digital landscape. Your main responsibility as an IT support engineer is to provide both functional and technical support for a set of business-critical applications, and you will report to the team manager manufacturing/sourcing solutions. 

 

In this role, you will resolve incidents efficiently, analyze underlying causes and put measures in place to prevent recurrence. You will support application owners and business stakeholders by maintaining stable and reliable processes, while also contributing to structural enhancements that strengthen long-term system performance. You will document your work clearly to support knowledge sharing, and you will collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners to address issues or deliver improvements. As an IT support engineer, you will balance day-to-day support with opportunities to contribute to small projects and optimization initiatives that create real impact.

  • Initial experience in IT support, application management, or software development

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps

  • Affinity with cloud platforms and business applications

  • Technical knowledge of application frameworks, SQL, and cloud environments

  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is an asset
