Lead Functional Analyst

Your role

At Atlas Copco, you will play a central role as a functional analyst in Customer Center & Customer Facing Applications, contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiency and effectiveness.

As a functional analyst, you will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology solutions. You will design and implement scalable business solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights, and support informed decision-making. You will also conduct thorough testing, validate implemented solutions, and provide training and support to end-users, while staying abreast of industry trends and bringing innovative ideas to the team.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• A very good knowledge of English is a prerequisite. Mastering other languages is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
