Management Assistant to the President

Your role
Do you enjoy bringing structure, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting senior leaders in a dynamic international environment?
As Management Assistant, you support the President of the Industrial Air Division while directly assisting the divisional management team and ensuring its smooth coordination.
You play a key role in organizing activities, anticipating needs, and ensuring effective follow-up, allowing leaders to stay focused on business priorities.
This role combines executive support, coordination, event organization, and administrative responsibilities in a global environment with stakeholders across divisions, customer centers, and product companies.
You take ownership of organization, coordination, and follow-up across a broad range of activities:
- Manage and coordinate a complex agenda, balancing changing priorities for the President and divisional management team
- Coordinate international travel, meetings, and related logistics
- Prepare, organize, and follow up on management meetings, business reviews, and leadership events
- Support planning activities and maintain oversight of key deadlines, actions, and priorities
- Organize seminars, workshops, visits, and internal events
- Ensure smooth administrative follow-up, including correspondence, invoicing, document management, and reporting
- Collaborate with Communications on presentations and internal communication materials
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support onboarding activities and day-to-day office coordination
- Contribute to structured ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide practical support to ensure the efficient functioning of the leadership team and office environment

- Higher education degree or equivalent through experience
- Experience in a management assistant, executive assistant, office manager, or similar coordination role
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they become issues
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
