Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst with a strong focus on digitalization and automation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and implementing automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data and create detailed financial reports and models.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze financial data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented automation solutions and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital finance and automation.
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with a focus on digitalization and automation.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
Skills:
• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in finance.
• Experience with large and complex data models.
• Experience with data driven forecasting technique.
