Product Owner - CX

Your role

Are you an experienced product owner who loves connecting technology with business processes? Do you want to make an impact on digital applications used daily by customers and partners? We are looking for a product owner who is passionate about digital products and delivering real value. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, driving the development and continuous improvement of our Customer Center & Customer Facing Applications.

As a product owner, you are responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of one or more digital products within your domain. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, end-users, and IT teams to set priorities and implement solutions that meet business needs.

You will report to the Teamleader CX – Aftermarket & Service Portfolio within the Power Technique IT team, with the role based on-site or in a hybrid setup. You will work directly on applications such as MyPT and MyToolbox, focused on processes involving partners and external users.

As a product owner, you will oversee the product strategy, manage the backlog, and drive improvements based on feedback and performance. You will ensure products are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture while continuously aiming to improve data quality and service performance.

• roven experience as product owner or in a similar digital, IT, or data-driven role

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe

• Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and drive delivery

• Knowledge of data management, master data, or digital platforms
