We're in search of an innovative and strategic leader to champion the development of our cutting-edge Service Platform, revolutionizing the entire customer journey within our aftermarket service business. As the Program Manager, you'll lead cross-functional projects that align with our organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Planning: Lead diverse teams in crafting the blueprint for our future service platform, considering project costs, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Project Management Excellence: Take the lead of a large-scale program aimed at shaping the future of our service business, optimizing plans to prioritize risks, resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Milestone Achievement: Inspire teams to achieve crucial development milestones and checklist items, ensuring our progress aligns seamlessly with our strategic objectives.
  • Facilitation and Communication: Drive productive project review meetings and checkpoint discussions, fostering open communication and alignment across all teams involved.
  • Resource Management: Ensure all project resource needs are met, enabling a collaborative and vibrant working environment that fuels innovation.
  • Innovate: Embrace Artificial Intelligence capabilities and try to implement where possible new ideas and concepts to improve our current workflow.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and address potential obstacles, crafting and maintaining comprehensive risk management plans to keep our projects on track.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Keep a finger on the pulse of project performance, adjusting plans as needed to stay aligned with evolving priorities, and providing transparent updates to key stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Innovate solutions to overcome project roadblocks, promoting agility and creativity in project execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Education: Master degree with over 10 years of leadership experience, demonstrating a successful track record in steering complex programs from concept to industrialization.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to navigate multiple or highly intricate programs with finesse.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management techniques, standard practices, and software development tools. Knowledge on SAAS solutions management is an asset.
  • Communication and Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with, striving for consensus among diverse teams and navigating cultural nuances effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Skilled in distilling complex issues, making critical judgments, and charting clear paths forward to resolution.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who harnesses the strengths of their team, providing support and empowerment to enable collective success.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English at a business level.
