Project Leader TRAX

Your role
At CTS, we continuously invest in solutions that help our field service engineers and technical support teams work more efficiently. One of the key platforms supporting this ambition is TRAX, our global troubleshooting and technical knowledge platform. TRAX provides step-by-step guidance, fault-finding workflows, service information, serial-number-based technical data, and AI-powered information retrieval to thousands of users across Atlas Copco. The platform is rapidly evolving and is becoming the central hub for technical information and troubleshooting support. To accelerate the further growth, adoption, and innovation of TRAX, we are looking for a dedicated TRAX Project Lead to join our team.
As TRAX Project Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the future vision of the TRAX platform. You will act as the business owner of the application, ensuring that it continues to deliver value to field service engineers, technical support teams, and the wider CTS organization.
You will identify new opportunities to improve troubleshooting efficiency, increase first-time-fix rates, and make technical knowledge more accessible across our global network. Artificial Intelligence, knowledge management, automation, and system integrations will play a key role in this journey, and you will actively explore how emerging technologies can be leveraged within TRAX.
In this role, you will define and maintain the long-term vision and roadmap for TRAX. You will translate business needs into clear priorities and development plans, while identifying opportunities for new functionalities, integrations, automation, and AI-driven solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact between CTS Operations, Technical Support, Product Companies, Customer Centers, and IT, building strong relationships with technical experts across the different Product Companies to ensure alignment and collaboration.
You will also guide the dedicated content creation team in GECIA, which is responsible for maintaining and expanding the TRAX knowledge base. You will ensure a continuous pipeline of new troubleshooting guides, technical content, articles, and best practices, helping to keep the platform relevant, accurate, and valuable for users across the organization.
In addition, you will drive the global adoption of TRAX across Field Service and Technical Support organizations. You will monitor usage, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and further development. You will develop communication, training, and awareness initiatives that encourage engagement and adoption, while actively promoting TRAX as the preferred platform for troubleshooting and technical information.
