Rollout Lead

Your role
As a Rollout Lead, you’ll lead the end-to-end rollout of Dynamics modules such as Customer Service and Field Service. You’ll develop detailed rollout plans, manage timelines, and coordinate teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. You’ll be responsible for resources, deliverables, and alignment with the global template, while adapting to local business needs, compliance requirements, and legal regulations.
You’ll play a key role in risk management, identifying challenges early and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Close collaboration with external partners and the divisional program team will be essential to ensure successful delivery.
Supporting change management and training efforts, you’ll help implement training strategies, oversee the delivery of materials, and encourage user adoption. You’ll collect end-user feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement.
On the quality side, you’ll oversee system and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensure issues are logged and resolved efficiently, and validate both data migration and system functionality.
Finally, you’ll serve as the central point of communication throughout the rollout. You’ll provide clear status updates to the program team, sponsors, and steering committees, track go-live performance metrics, and conduct post-rollout reviews to capture lessons learned for future deployments.
