Team leader Sales

Your role

Are you an inspiring leader with a strong commercial mindset and the drive to transform operational data into exceptional customer experiences?

As a teamleader inside sales, you will become part of a dynamic, international team where you lead and coach a professional group of nine Inside Sales Officers while working closely with Business Development Officers. Your primary responsibility as a teamleader inside sales is to build and prepare the organization for future growth by driving efficiency, reducing administrative workloads through automation, and implementing up-to-date KPIs that stimulate a customer-focused mindset. You will investigate systems to measure workload, facilitate a transition toward a customer value-driven approach, and determine the strategic balance between automated self-service solutions and human interaction. Alongside team leadership, you will remain hands-on by managing your own allocated regions, identifying growth opportunities, converting leads into long-term partnerships, and optimizing the customer buying experience to maximize overall satisfaction.

In this role, you will report to the global sales manager and work via a hybrid model at our facility in Wilrijk.

• Master’s degree or equivalent commercial experience
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess operational data and drive process improvements
• Experience within sales, customer support, or the compressed air industry
• Fluency in English with additional languages being a strong asset
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet project deadlines
