Within the Service Division of Compressor Technique, we develop the Airnet product as the best-in-class compressed air distribution system.  With our own developed product line we provide a state-of-the-art modular product portfolio for compressed air distribution. 
  
Become part of a passionate team that is active in Utility room engineering, energy transformation products and monitoring, application engineering for various ways to use recovered energy in customers’ processes, and of course, the Airnet-system. We are turning sustainable utility room engineering solutions into new business models.

 

Your Role

Are you passionate about new innovations and eager to develop the future of our compressed air distribution systems to the next level? We are looking for a motivated, multifunctional project expert to shape the future of our roadmap.  In this role, you would join our mission by overseeing large product development projects in a global context.

As a project leader, you will be responsible for the technical scope and the realization of the project deliverables and regularly report to the management steering committee. You are deeply involved in the design, prototype validation and co-design for an external automated assembly process in the supply chain. You closely follow up on product functional requirements and cost, manage the project budget, and time to market.

The Airnet competence extends to the design center in Gecia, a team in our Wuxi product company focused on the Chinese market and an Airnet design center in India offering full utility room designs to support customer centers’ sales process. The engineering team supports calculations tools, BIM cad tools, and certification, required to support the global reach of the product range.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Experience and knowledge requirements
•    Experience as a project leader in a technical environment
•    Knowledge of product development processes
•    CAD and PLM knowledge
•    Experience in product developments involving casting design of plastics and aluminium, supported by strong analytical skills
•    You communicate fluently in English
 
Educational requirements
•    Master in mechanical engineering or equivalent studies or experience

•    You are a team player who can work together with, lead and motivate a project team.
•    You are interested in technical challenges, new technologies and innovation.
•    You challenge the status quo, think out-of-the box and seek opportunities for improvements.
