Your Role 

As a Regional Service Manager, you will lead and develop the service operations within your region to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Managing and supporting a team of service engineers to deliver high-quality service to our customers
•    Driving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations
•    Developing and implementing strategies to improve service performance and customer experience
•    Ensuring the necessary competence level in the team by supporting professional development of employees through regular feedback, on the job coaching, recommended training 
•    Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective actions when needed.
•    Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
•    Managing resources, and reporting on regional service performance.

 

 

To Succeed You Will Need
Background & Experience:
•    Proven experience in service management or a similar leadership role within an industrial or technical environment.
•    Strong understanding of service operations, customer support, and technical processes.
•    Experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements.

Skills:

•    Excellent leadership and people management skills.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
•    Proficiency in Polish (spoken and written); English language skills at advanced level.
•    Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
