Field Service Engineer

Your role

As a Field Service Engineer , your mission is to [To represent our group (brand specific) as proactive face to the customer and play an important role to grow our service reputation and business. This by showing high commitment to the customers, a service oriented, friendly and professional mindset and the motivation to deliver high quality service experiences.]. You will report to [Field Service Leader].

You will

• Daily Inspections: Responsible for the vacuum pumps regularly inspection and provide on-site services for key lithium battery clients. Conduct inspections and routine checks according to the scope and frequency specified in vacuum pump health service. Service record and maintenance accurately, manage the on-site vacuum pumps archive for client. Promptly identify potential issues on-site and implement targeted solutions.

日常巡检：负责主要的锂电客户进行现场真空泵巡检及驻厂服务，根据真空泵健康服务要求项目和频次进行巡检和常规检查，并做好维护和保养记录，建立客户现场真空泵档案库；及时发现现场的潜在问题，并采取针对性的解决方案。

• Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose temporary vacuum pump failures at customer sites, providing on-site solutions or arranging return the pump back to VTS Workshop for repair; respond promptly to the customer on-site issues and minimize vacuum pumps downtime.

故障排查：针对客户现场临时真空泵故障快速查找原因，并提供现场解决方案或返回VTS Workshop 进行返修；快速反应并支持客户现场问题，减少客户的宕机时间。

• Information Collection: Collect and gather the on-site vacuum pump install base data from customers, and forward to the VTS Marketing Department.

信息收集：收集和整理客户现场真空泵Install Base信息，并将信息反馈给VTS市场部。

• Maintenance Plan: Develop customized maintenance schedules aligned with products and customer production plans, establish on-site equipment health records, and implement lifecycle management for vacuum pumps. Coordinate with the VTS sales team to support sales operations regularly.

维护保养计划：结合我司产品类型和客户的生产计划定制维护保养计划，建立客户现场机器健康档案，并做好现场真空泵Life cycle管理，定期和VTS销售团队对接，支持VTS销售业务。

• Technical Support: Monitor the latest developments of our clients, and promptly find our revised technical solutions with the VTS technical support team together to meet client requirements.

故障泵更换维修：客户端故障泵现场备泵更换，及时返回仓库和维修车间，并完成仓库和车间维修泵组装测试，及时将故障泵修复，确保客户端顺利生产运行。

• Service Report: Complete the on-site maintenance and temporary issue resolution reports on time, ensure closed-loop communication with the customer.

现场服务报告：及时完成现场维护保养和临时问题处理报告，并和客户做好闭环沟通。

• Communication Bridge: Understand customer process requirements, promptly address customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction. Regularly coordinate with IV Sales and VTS Sales teams to serve as a communication bridge between the company and end users.

沟通桥梁：了解客户工艺需求，针对客户疑问及时予以解答，提高客户满意度；定期与IV销售和VTS销售沟通，做好公司与客户之间的沟通桥梁。

• Degree Level – college or above.

• Minimum of 3-5 years related working experiences

至少3-5年相关工作经验。
