On-site Service Engineer

Job Title: On-Site Service Engineer-E2
Report to: Service Team Leader / Group Team Leader
Direct reports: NA
Mission
Your mission is to maximize the customer satisfaction on service quality and capability with providing professional onsite service and consultancy while promote service products to generate service NIS.
Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work independently for service work of company products
- Clearly understand service contract scope and KPI
- Make service plan based on service contract requirement
- Strong implementation based on service contract requirement
- Provide Walk the Line activity and report
- KPI data collection, analysis and demonstration
- Finish service documents according as company or customer’s standard
- Onsite workshop management and lean suggestion implementation
- Implement the ISO internal or external audit requirement
- Keep good relationship with customer
- Collect customer request and feedback to sales or manager
- Work closely with sales team & project team on new equipment installation
- Provide tool operation training to customer
- Customer quality issue claim and follow up to close
- Raise red flags when there is business and technical risk
- Coaching other on-site technician to finish service work
- Fix assets, safety PPE and fire protection equipment management
- Follow strictly on Safety, Healthy, Environment, Quality policy from both Company and Customer
- Strictly follow the safety procedures and work instructions, be directly responsible for personal safety in workplace. Correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities. Report safety risks to prevent accident.

Education & Experience
- Graduate from college in mechanical or electrical engineering or above
- At least 2 years’ experience in aftermarket service of industry product
Knowledge & Skills
- Mechanical, electronic and electrical knowledge
- PLC, Fieldbus and Ethernet knowledge are considered as the advantages
- Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting
- Good PC and MS office skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English knowledge
