Senior HR Generalist
As a Sr.HR Specialist, your mission is to responsible for championing, driving and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture that support the operational activities and supports the HR Manager to deliver the strategic plans. You will report to HR Manager.
You will

- Reward and Recognition: Provide innovative ideas on design and implementation of reward and recognition programs. Contribute to the development of a culture that values and celebrates individual and team achievements, promoting employee engagement and retention.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to design and execute insights engagement activities and actions plans that identify opportunities for improvement and strengths within the business. Actively work towards improving the employee experience and in turn improving the Insights scores.
- Inclusion & Diversity and Wellbeing: Champion I&D and Health & Wellbeing in the workplace, promote site events and ensure a programme of activities is in place across the area of responsibility.
- Recruitment: Ensure managers are supported through the recruitment process, are provided guidance, feedback and best practice on how to support a successful recruitment process maintaining a fair a consistent approach. Conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and teams to support the recruitment process.
- Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees to mitigate risk and resolve employee relations concerns when they occur. Support the team with employee relations cases that come in and provide advice and guidance escalating to the HR Manager where necessary. Remain up to date and adhere with local employment law and legislation.
Please note that a 6-month labor contract will be signed upon entry to this position. Subsequent contract renewal will be determined based on the company's business development needs.
