产品工程师（IAT）

Your role

As a product engineer, you are responsible for  designing, planning, executing, monitoring and closing  projects in which the achievement of the agreed advance project objectives / deliverables within the context of time and budget, and are central to the required quality.

作为产品工程师，你负责设计、规划、执行、监控和完成项目，确保在时间和预算的框架内实现既定的项目目标/交付成果，并确保达到所需的质量标准。

Job description included but not limited

岗位职责包括但不限于：

1. Lead project team to discuss the project status regularly, and take necessary decisions and steps to achieve project goals.

领导项目团队定期讨论项目的状态，并采取必要的决策和步骤来实现项目目标。

2. Assist marketing product manager to prepare business case and master specification, draft project plan including project scope, budget, timing, cost and performance, and make sure project can be delivered successfully.

协助项目发起人准备商业计划和项目任务书，起草包括项目范围、预算、时间、成本、性能在内的项目计划，确保项目能够成功交付。

3. Host project team meeting(PTM) and coordinate all project related tasks. Report the project status to Project Committee Meeting(PCM).

主持项目团队会议(PTM)，协调所有项目相关事宜。并向项目指导委员会(PCM)汇报项目状态。

4. Worktogether with Gecia, to lead product design including 3d model and 2d drawings.

与GECIA合作，领导产品设计包括3D模型和2D图纸.

5.Release technical documents including BOM(Bill of Material), DN(Design Notification), drawings, parts list, specifications, etc in ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and PLM(Product Lifecycle Management).

在企业资源计划系统(ERP)和产品生命周期管理系统(PLM)中发布包括BOM (物料清单)、DN (设计通知)、图纸、零件清单、规格书等在内的技术文档。

6.Support regulation & certification engineers to prepare all necessary materials.

协助法规和认证工程师准备必要的产品认证材料。

7.Responsible for product quality and make sure the warranty cost and failure rate to meet the setting target.

负责产品质量并确保质保成本和失效率达到设定目标。

8.Other jobs and tasks which assigned by your team leader and manager.

完成主管和经理交待的其他工作和任务。

To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirements经验要求

Experience in compressor knowledge is an asset.

具有压缩机相关知识经验者优先。

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

1. Bachelor or master’s degree on mechanical engineering, graduated in the field of mechanical engineering, electromechanical, thermodynamics, compressors.

   机械工程专业本科或硕士学历，机械工程、机电工程、热力学、压缩机、相关专业毕业。

2. Basic knowledge in machinery design and willing to learn in technical area.

   基本的机械设计知识，并愿意在技术领域学习。

3. Mandarin mother tongue and good English skills include oral and writing.

   普通话为母语，良好的英语口语和写作能力。

4. Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with BPCS, SAP,  Enovia and Inventor systems is an asset.

   熟悉微软办公软件。有BPCS, SAP， Enovia和Inventor系统使用经验者优先。
