As an Engineering Team Leader of ESS team, it will be your mission leading the team to design and develop products for target markets: such as Europe, America,SEA, ME, Oceania, etc.... and maintain within its lifetime. At the same time, you also need to build a strong team to manage product development in an effective way.
作为储能组的工程主管,您的使命是领导工程部团队为目标市场 : 如欧洲,美洲,东南亚, 中东,大洋洲设计和开发储能产品,并在其寿命内进行维护。与此同时,你还需要建立一个强大的团队来有效地管理产品开发。
Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于:
1. Coaching and leading a team of engineers to develop products with lithium battery energy storage system.
指导和领导工程师团队开发锂电池储能产品。
2. Strong commitment to realize new product development projects on time in full scope: project timing, product quality and cost, budget control.

3. Continuous focus on reliability and safety of the machines designed under your responsibility.
持续关注你所负责的机器的可靠性和安全性。
4. Overall coordination of projects: chair the Project Team Meetings, report the status on the PCM and coordinate with the other departments (production, sourcing, service and marketing).
全面协调项目:主持项目小组会议,汇报项目管理进展情况,并与其他部门(生产、采购、服务和市场)进行协调。
5. Design “first time right” by designing for assembly (cooperation with production), designing for manufacturing (cooperation with suppliers), designing for service (cooperation with PTS) and designing for superior performance (cooperation with marketing).
通过为装配设计(与生产合作)、为制造设计(与供应商合作)、为服务设计(与PTS合作)和为卓越性能设计(与营销合作)实现“第一次正确”的设计。
6. Close interaction with other design centers in the Atlas Copco Group by using the same and agreed development process and development tools.
与阿特拉斯·科普柯集团的其他设计中心紧密合作,使用相同的开发流程和开发工具
Experience Requirements经验要求
· At least 5 years working experience in engineering and NPD process, or experience equivalent.
五年以上工程和新产品开发工作经验,或相关经验。
· At least 3 years leading and coaching team experience.
至少3年领导和指导团队的经验。
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
· Bachelor or master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
电气或机械工程专业本科或硕士学历
· Profound knowledge in ESS/Components design & development and willing to learn in technical area.
在储能产品、相关部件设计和开发方面有丰富的知识,并愿意在技术领域学习
· Good knowledge in lithium battery,PCS/BMS or other ESS products are preferred
优先考虑具备锂电池,PCS/BMS 或其它储能产品的良好知识
· Mandarin mother tongue and good English level for both oral and writing.
普通话为母语,良好的英语口语和写作能力。
· Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Engineering PLM & CAD tools and ERP systems is an asset.
熟悉微软办公软件。具有工程PLM、CAD工具和ERP系统经验者优先
