应收及出纳会计

Mission使命:

As an AR&Cashier accountant, you are responsible for bank payments, BADs, Concur invoice check etc. According to AtlasCopco “The way we do things”. Focus on quality and efficiency for daily work.

作为一名应收及出纳会计，你负责银行付款，银行承兑汇票，员工报销审核等。遵守阿特拉斯科普柯的“我们的做事方式”。关注日常工作的质量和效率。

Job description included but not limited

岗位职责包括但不限于：

1. Handle bank payments 负责银行付款

2. Handle BAD in and out 处理银行承兑汇票的收和付

3. Upload band statement to SAP and check result 上传银行记录到SAP并检查结果

4. Concur invoice verify 员工报销发票审核

5. GPS cashpool report GPS资金池报告

6. Sort and bind related vouchers 整理和装订相关凭证

7. Support related documents for audit 配合审计提供资料
8. Other arrangement from Team Leader when necessary 其他主管安排的需要的工作

Experience Requirements经验要求

• 3 years accounting experience in accounting / costing functions 3年相关财务工作经验

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above 全日制本科或以上

• Proficient in the use of MS office, especially Excel 熟练使用MS办公软件, 尤其EXCEL表格操作

• SAP knowledge SAP经验

• Good knowledge of written and oral English 具备良好的英语口语和写作能力
