物流工程师

Mission使命:
In general, this function means that you are responsible for designing the logistic flow on the entire product lifecycle from parts to finished goods by establishing optimal tooling, procedures, systems, and supporting the Logistic Engineer in the manufacturing department to train and implement them, meanwhile you also bear the mission of transitioning from traditional logistics to intelligent logistics.

Specifically, your tasks and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Develop methods, procedure, and practices for better warehouse management under limited warehouse capacity.
在有限的仓库容量下,制定更好的仓库管理方法、程序和实践。
2. Investigate the optimization degree of storage locations and bring out solutions.
调查存储位置的优化程度并提出解决方案。
3. Prepare and provide warehouse related information/report for management review at section level, e.g. KPI etc.
准备并提供仓库相关信息/报告,供部门级管理层审查,如KPI等。
4. Support CIP projects related to logistic productivity, support methods team on logistics design aspect, and support automation team on logistic automation investigation and implementation.
支持与物流生产力相关的CIP项目,在物流设计方面支持工艺团队,支持自动化团队的物流自动化项目的调研和实施。
5. Develop and optimize transportation management procedures, including supplier parts delivery, internal milk-run carts, finish goods’ delivery to reach the most efficient way (related to efficiency, delivery time, accuracy, reliability).
制定和优化运输管理程序,包括供应商零件交付、内部牛奶车运行、整机交付,以达到最有效的方式(与效率、交付时间、准确性、可靠性相关)。
6. Implementation and further support for new logistics processes, this through training, making descriptions and managing procedures.
通过培训、描述和管理程序,实施和进一步支持新的物流流程。
7. Support method engineers to optimize internal logistics for new product projects CtP basis, by developing standard procedure.
通过制定标准程序,支持方法工程师在CtP的基础上优化新产品项目的内部物流。
8. Operational support on logistics to the flow teams in the manufacturing dept to keep up to date and improve operational logistics flows.
为制造部门的生产流团队提供物流实施支持,以跟上并改进运营物流流程。
9. Introduce and develop WMS system and other relevant system into OFA, optimize and launch them in new CT campus.
将WMS系统和其他相关系统引入并开发到OFA中,优化并在新的压缩机技术园区中推出。
10. Work together with the Digitization department to develop the blueprint of warehouse automation, to introduce and deep-dive AMR, WCS etc.
与数字化部门合作一起绘制仓库自动化的蓝图,包括AMR、WCS系统等引入和深化。
11. Beside to finish the tasks assigned by the mentor and leader, can proactively seek the extra activities, and gain personal development on aspects of logistics design knowledges.
除了完成导师和领导分配的任务外,还可以主动寻求额外的活动,并在物流设计方面获得个人发展
Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求:
Experience Requirements经验要求
Above 3 years logistic design experience in a large manufacturing or logistics company.
3年以上在大型制造企业或者物流公司从事物流设计经验。
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
1. bachelor’s degree or above in major of logistics engineering, or equivalent work experiences.
物流工程学士或以上学历,或具有同等工作经验。
2. With certain project management experience in logistics flow optimization and process improvement on entire product lifecycle from parts to finished goods.
在从零件到成品的整个产品生命周期的物流流程优化和流程改进方面拥有一定的项目管理经验。
3. Have capability to obtain and implement logistics technical solutions independently, by comprehensive analysis to problem solving.
具备独立获取和实施物流技术解决方案的能力,通过综合分析解决问题。
4. Have experience and practice on multi-factories / warehouse logistics management, familiar with WMS system and its internal logical relationship.
有多个工厂以及仓库物流管理经验和实践,熟悉WMS系统及其内在逻辑关系。
5. With good teamwork ability and interpersonal communications skills, can work under certain pressure.
具有良好的团队合作能力和人际沟通能力,能在一定压力下工作。
6. Background with assembly method is preferred.
有装配工艺背景者优先。
7. Fluent in both oral and written English, MS office and other working software.
流利的英语口语和书面表达,熟练使用微软办公软件及其他办公软件。
