As Flow Team Manager -OIS & Dryer, you are responsible for excellent operation of the process “Demand to Supply”, including Planning and Production of the flow team OIS and flow team Dryer.
Main responsibilities:
1. You will fully embrace the "Safety First" vision and culture and continue to improve the performance of your flow lines.
2. You safeguard high quality level for all the business processes, including Customer contacting, Planning, Production and People management.
3. You are responsible for OVA(Operational Value Added) of the flow line OIS and Dryer.ie, you need to take care of KPIs on Output, Quality, OTD, Efficiency, Cost, Agility, inventory, etc.
4. You are responsible for customer satisfaction by delivering high quality product on time and professional communication.
5. You drive continuous improvement actions and projects in the operational processes to embrace “always better way” culture.
6. You take care of legal compliance, energy efficiency and other sustainability target of company on your flow lines.
7. You build a strong team by developing the competences and talents of the employees.
Experience requirements
You have a broad managerial experience in a manufacturing environment or equal through experience. The successful candidate is a people manager and has experience leading big teams with a proven track record in manufacturing. You are creative in working with and promoting continuous process improvements.
Knowledge requirements
Solid knowledge of IT business systems (BPCS and others), Integrated Management Systems and/or Quality systems is meriting, Solid product knowledge is preferred.
Educational requirements
University degree and above, technically and/or commercially oriented. The candidate shall have good communication skills both oral and written and fluency in English is a must.

Dynamic person with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills, problem solver, pro-active and result driven, able to empower the team members and to create trustworthy and fair relations. On top of this you have a positive attitude and you firmly believe that there is always a better way.
