Your mission is to complete the tasks your manager and team leader assigned to you. To make your responsible suppliers of the commodity competitive and security. Improve your commodity and suppliers’ quality, in time delivery, and cost competitive.
你的使命是完成好你的经理和主管交待的各项任务。让你负责物料的供应商更加有竞争力、供应链更加安全。提升你负责的供应商的质量、交付能力及成本竞争力。

Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1. Undertake responsibility in the assigned project on behalf of OFA Wuxi sourcing department;
清楚自己被指派的相关OFA无锡采购部门的项目
2. Responsible for assigned commodity management, such as motor, cubicle, casting, converter, valve, Hose, pipe, vessel, adsorbent, fan, cooler, etc.;
负责指定的物料管理，如：电机、电控柜、铸件、变频器、阀门、软管、硬管、容器、吸附剂、风扇、冷却器等
3. Focus on supplier performance control and continuous improvement, such as quality warranty & TAKT LOSS compensation, on-time delivery, lead time reduction, etc.;
专注于改善供应商表现及持续提高表现，如：质量和售后、节拍损失补偿，准时交付能力、交期改善能力等
4. Ensure purchasing cost of assigned commodity complied with project master specification, sourcing divisional goals, and the company targets;
确保指定商品的采购成本符合项目总规范、采购部门目标和公司目标；
5. Evaluate, preserve, develop existing suppliers by means of Atlas Copco management tools, introduce competent new suppliers in order to improve supply base competence.
通过阿特拉斯·科普柯管理工具评估、维持和发展现有供应商，引入有能力的新供应商，以提高供应链的竞争力。
6. Marketing survey to make sure AC has the right , and competitive supplier base with good quality, good delivery performance and competitive cost.
通过市场调研保证Atlas Copco拥有正确的、有竞争力的供应链，在质量、交付能力、和价格竞争力上都有好的表现
6. Follow Atlas Copco Way in work to implement OFA Wuxi sourcing team mission, strategy, and tactics.

To succeed, you will need

Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：

Experience Requirements经验要求 
•    Technical background or project management experience
技术背景或者项目管理经验 
•    Above 5 years of work experience in purchasing or project area
五年以上采购或项目工作经验

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
•    Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical
大学本科及以上学历，机械或者电气专业
•    Good English both oral and written 
较好的英语口语及书写能力
•    Good MS skills and data analysis knowledge
较好的办公软件能力和数据分析能力
•    Good knowledge on digitalization
较好的数据化知识
