As a Design reviewer and Quality leader, it will be your mission to do the design review of all new products and safeguard all quality processes in engineering. You are an independent person from the project team, plays a key role in the “new product development process" as outlined in the Atlas Copco "Concept to Product process".

Job description included but not limited

1. Review and evaluate design submissions for accuracy, quality, and adherence to company standards (in projects & product care)
审查和评估提交的设计的准确性，质量，以及对公司标准的遵守（在项目和产品维护中）。
2. Ensure all designs meet regulatory and compliance requirements and provide input for the divisional Product Compliance & Legislation
Specialist on local legislation requirements
确保所有设计符合法规和合规要求，并就当地法规要求向部门产品合规和立法专员提供意见。
3. Perform safety reviews, routing review and guide the project teams in performing DFMEA
执行安全审查，路线审查，并指导项目团队执行DFMEA。
4. Organize and lead the design review meetings with the local design team, in all phases of the project, closely involving and aligning with the
Divisional design reviewer
在项目的各个阶段，组织并领导与当地设计团队的设计评审会议，并与总部设计评审人员密切合作。
5. Advise PCM on project quality & completeness.
就项目质量和完整性向PCM提供建议。
6. Do regular communications with Divisional Design Reviewer regarding PQM/TCM points and emerging issues
就PQM/TCM要点和新出现的问题与总部设计审核员进行定期沟通。
7. Be a CtP 2.0 champion and give support/guidance to local team
成为CtP 2.0的拥护者，并为本地团队提供支持和指导。
8. Safeguard all quality processes in the local engineering team (PLM processes, release processes, TCM processes, root cause analysis,
reporting, competence management, …) Make sure the local processes stay aligned with the divisional processes.
维护本地工程团队的所有质量流程（PLM流程、发布流程、TCM流程、根本原因分析、报告、能力管理等），确保本地流程与总部流程保持一致。
9. Maintain and establish engineering design standards and standardize the management of engineering department data.
维护设立工程设计标准，维护工程部门的资料规范化管理。
10. The design reviewer role must be unbiased and independent from project pressures to speed time to market at the expense of quality.
设计审查员的角色必须是公正的，不受项目压力的影响，以牺牲质量为代价加快上市时间
Experience Requirements经验要求
· Minimum 6 years of experience in product development or a similar role
6年以上产品开发或相关工作经验
· Technical knowledge about genset or ESS
具备发电机组或储能相关知识
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
· Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
本科或硕士学历，电气或机械工程专业。
· Sound project management experience
良好的项目管理经验
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
优秀的沟通和人际交往能力
· Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
普通话为母语，良好的英语听说读写能力。
· Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Engineering PLM & CAD tools and ERP systems is an asset.
熟悉微软办公软件。具有工程PLM、CAD工具和ERP系统经验者优先。
