Your Role
Mission
As Engineered Solution Manager Product Company Pan Asia you are responsible for the profit & loss of the special orders.
Fundamentals in your mission are to develop the Brand Portfolio Pan Asia product company Engineered Solution team being strong in engineering and application and agile in reaction to market needs in customized engineer solution such to deliver superior value and excellent customer service to local and regional customers.
As interface to customers focusing in customer satisfaction, you will lead influencing internal teams for continuous improvement in a healthy sustainable way.
Building on standard product, you are expected to facilitate proactive and constructive engineering interaction with standard R&D team for efficiency optimization and knowledge accumulation.
Important part of your mission is to build and inspire a strong team with special focus on retention of talents and good performers and competence development.
Job description

6. Safeguard that the implemented processes and systems are effective and efficient. They should be standardized and as simple as possible.
7. Secure all staff have the right competences and skills, and have the confidence and authority to run their processes and systems in a sustainable way. Secure flexibility and agility of the workforce.
8. Be an ambassador for safety first initiatives to guarantee the full implementation of safety circles and empower initiatives to create a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace.
9. Ensure that all designs comply with existing legislation in the target markets and products’ safety, ergonomics, quality, energy saving, and the well-being of operator are given high priority.
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements
1. Minimum 3-year experience in leading an engineering team.
2. Experience of working in OIS compressor product development is an advantage.
Knowledge/Educational requirements
1. University degree or similar through experience, major in mechanical engineering or related area.
2. Good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written).
3. Being familiar with oil injection screw compressors and/or air treatment is a must
4. Familiar with QSHE requirements: control department’s running risks.

As the diversity of the products, Pan-Asia is able to supply the whole product portfolio in compressor room in various industry segments, like general manufacture, cement and automobile.
