Your role

Mission使命:

Develop suitable suppliers to support non-production purchasing activities, ensure the parts and service delivered on time with high quality to satisfy the customer needs. Make sure all purchasing activities follow Atlas Copco group policy and the way we do things.

开发合适的供应商支持非生产采购活动，确保零件和服务按时高质量交付，以满足客户需求。确保所有采购活动遵循阿特拉斯·科普柯集团的政策和我们做事的方式。

Job description included but not limited

岗位职责包括但不限于：

1. This position is responsible for non-Production purchasing (Such as: Industrial and office equipment, tools, facility and equipment maintenance, professional outsourcing Services, rental service etc.).

该职位负责非生产采购(如:工业及办公设备、工具、设施设备维护、专业外包服务、租赁服务等)。

2. New supplier Introduction, market survey by using IT technology and other information channel, analyses the information and select potential supplier with reasonable price.

新供应商介绍，利用IT技术等信息渠道进行市场调查，分析信息，选择价格合理的潜在供应商。

3. Manage suppliers and induct suppliers to follow company strategy.

管理供应商，引导供应商遵循公司战略。

4. Execute bidding, initiate supplier negotiation.

执行投标，启动供应商谈判。

5. Contract handling by using legal knowledge and managing it in professional way.

运用法律知识进行合同处理，并进行专业管理。

6. Apply payment with required documents by policy.

凭规定的单据申请付款。

7. Be responsible for sourcing improvement projects.

负责采购改进项目。

8. Payment terms improvement (such as promoting electronic acceptance draft for payment, extending the account period, etc.).

付款方式的改进(如:推广电子承兑汇票付款、延长付款账期等)。

9. Monthly purchasing summary update & KPI report.

每月采购总结更新和KPI报告。

10. Push the approval flow to expedite the orders, Handling and get the job done on time.

推动订单审批流程，按时处理并完成工作。

11. Other works assigned by supervisor.

  主管交办的其他工作。

To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirements经验要求

1. At least 3 years working experience in Machinery manufacturing industry. Sourcing or Purchasing field is preferred.

      至少3年机械制造行业的工作经验，采购领域岗位优先。

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

2. University degree in a related field, automation specialty background is preferred.

相关专业大学本科学历，自动化专业背景优先。

3. Good in English and general software.

熟练使用英语和通用软件

4. Good communication and negotiation skills.

良好的沟通和谈判技巧。
