负责为订制产品提供专业的工程解决方案

Job description included but not limited

岗位职责包括但不限于：

• Provide technical solution for customer special requirement.

      为客户特殊需求提供技术解决方案

• Communicate with customer center of special requirement (Proposal /TP price /timing.)

       就特殊需求与客户中心沟通技术方案、价格、时间

• Making special point design base on existing model, involve the qualify & safety request.

      根据现有模型进行特殊设计，包含资质和安全要求

• Release special order’ BOM /Drawings.

       释放特殊订单BOM和图纸

• Accomplish a profession document of each customized order.

       针对每个订制订单完成专业文档

• Follow up each case of special order, make it can be delivered in time.

       跟进每一单特殊订单，使其准时交付

• Interaction within customer solution team for the parts orders / produce timing plan.

       就零件采购及机器排产与客户订制项目组交流互动

• Interaction with customer center to keep good communication relationship.

       与客户中心交流互动，保持良好的沟通关系

• Move “Design Notification” according to DN procedure.

       根据DN步骤释放设计通知

• Adapt to short business trips

       能接受短时间出差

• You should have the basic knowledge and awareness related to the  ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 system standards and other product certification that corresponding to the job skill requirements. Please Refer to the department's personnel competency matrix for details.

Competence and qualification

岗位任职能力与资格要求：

Experience Requirements经验要求

• Bachelor or above degree in Industrial and Engineering or equivalent experience.

本科或本科以上学历，工业或工程相关

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a product engineer

至少3年产品工程师经验

• Experience in engineering environment

工程环境相关经验

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

• Knowledge of mechanics and electricity

机械和电气相关知识

• Knowledge of CAD tool and PLM system

CAD工具和PLM系统相关知识

• Compressor background will be better

压缩机背景更佳

• Mandarin mother tongue and good English level for both oral and writing

良好的中英文读写能力
