Mission:

Responsible for designing, planning, executing, monitoring and closing a project in which the achievement of the agreed advance project objectives / deliverables within the context of time and budget, and are central to the required quality.

在预定的时间和预算范围内，保质保量的完成达成一致的项目目标。负责整个项目的开发过程，包括设计，计划，执行，协调并确保项目顺利进行、及时交付。

Job description：

1. Commissioned by the project sponsor, preparing the business case, master spec to define the project in terms of scope, budget, planning, PK etc.

协助项目发起人，准备项目销售预测和项目协议书，定义项目范围、预算、时间计划，成本等

2. Draft a project plan incl. Budget that the project is able to deliver the project deliverables within the agreed time in the MS and budget.

根据新产品开发流程准备项目时间计划及预算，确保在规定的时间内完成可交付成果。

3. Leading at regular intervals together with the project team to discuss the status of the project and to take necessary decisions and to take steps to MS objectives.

带领项目团队定期讨论项目状态，采取必要行动来完成既定的目标。

4. Closely support and proactively interaction with other departments during project phase

在项目的各个阶段积极主动的与相关部门保持密切的互动与沟通。

5. Monitoring of project progress against plans and proactively make adjustments where necessary.

密切关注项目的进度状态，在必要的时候主动采取行动做出调整。

6. Communicating with the customer I.V.M. the project deliverables, deadlines, acceptance of deliverables.

与市场保持沟通，确保在各个节点提供可交付成果

7. Reporting on agreed milestones and gate approval on the steering committee (PCM, PQM ..etc) and ensure that any custom schedules ,budget  and PK changes in MS .

在各级会议上向管理层汇报项目状态和里程碑节点，申请项目各个节点及时关闭并进入下个节点，确保项目时间,预算以及成本的变化都在主规范之内。

8. Full use of all processes and tools related to project management that are defined within Atlas Copco.

充分利用阿特拉斯科普柯公司内部的项目管理工具和流程，确保可交付成果。

9. Concept design & drawings with GECIA support acc to agreed master specification, design “first time right” for assembly, manufacturing, service and superior performance by cooperation with different department within Atlas Copco, such as production, purchase, aftermarket and so on.

在公司内部其他团队 GECIA的支持下完成符合项目书要求的产品设计（由概念到图纸），与公司其他部门协作（生产、采购、售后服务、技术支持），确保产品的性能、生产、制造和服务便利性都符合“一次成功”的要求

10. Product release in Windchill system, incl. BOM, Drawings, Partlist, Specification acc to approved process

在PLM 系统Windchill 中释放图纸，产品BOM零件组件，服务备件及其他文档。

11. Supporting other project where you considered competency carrier within project management.

在能力范围内支持其他相关项目。

Competence and qualification

1. Minimum 2 years experience as a product/project engineer, Experience in engineering environment

工程背景的2年产品工程师或者项目工程师经验

2. Bachelor or above degree in Industrial and Engineering or equivalent experience.

大学本科或以上学历,工业工程或相关经验。

3. Basic knowledge in machinery design and willing to learn in technical area.

有机械设计基本知识，有意愿在技术领域学习提高。

4. Knowledge of mechanics and electricity

力学和电的知识

5. Knowledge of project management / CtP process / NPPI

有项目管理或新产品开发项目经验

6. 熟悉2D & 3D 软件的设计基础，熟悉使用MS 办公软件

Familiar with the design and MS office software

7. 能用英语读写以及口语交流

Good command of oral & written English
